Child Labour

Child Labour

Child labor is exploitation. Child labor is abuse. Child labor is one of the worst human practice in the world, along with racism, bigotry, and hate crimes.

The issue on children's rights and child labor is something which does not only cover one specific field. It concerns laws, moral, religion, and the human quality of life. A child is expected to be protected against abuse, any forms of violence, negligence and exploitation. A child is also expected to be in school. They are allowed to do whatever is necessary for them to grow up well-rounded. This involves education, nurturing, and love.

There is really no excuse for it, children are hired for labor because they do not complain, because they can not complain. They are exploited like this. Sometimes working in hard and unimaginable conditions: in factories, farms, mines, and, even worse, in prostitution.

Child labor is rampant in poor countries. While employing children to work does not make it instantly evil, anything which goes beyond the border of abuse can be perceived as abusive and is thus punishable by the law. Child stars, children working for their parents, and those working small non-laborious task are still protected under law by a special legal clause which protects the rights of these children. Child labor and human rights are well protected under international law, as well as local laws.
